WE NEED:

A travel management company (TMC) sales manager is responsible for managing customer account(s) from growing our core business to driving customer satisfaction and developing customer relationships to implementing process improvements. This position is about aligning TMC to the customer, being a customer advocate within TMC, ensuring we have the proper scope, contract and pricing in place, and meeting the scope requirements on an on-going basis. The ability to set team and individual goals improving our relationships with our car rental, airline and hotels.

Account Management

  • Bringing new business accounts
  • Deliver the services set forth in the sales process and contract scope
  • Develop and maintain relationship with customer key stakeholders
  • Improve vendor relationships
    • Car rental
    • Hotels
    • Airlines
  • Manage savings projects and implement process efficiencies

Sales/Business Development

  • Grow our existing business
    • Create presentations for clients
  • Develop new business opportunities
    • Sell additional TMC services
    • Identify and manage customer service issues
    • Seek opportunities to increase our customer service
  • Utilize project management skills to implement new business

Financial Management

  • Hit financial targets and ensure long term profitability
    • Identify cost savings initiatives
    • Establish productivity goals
    • Identify opportunities to maximize revenue
