WE NEED:

Corporate Travel Manager

As the Corporate Travel and Manager, your job will encompass every aspect of what is needed to grow and structure a better Corporate Travel department at Forest Travel. You will lead the strategy AND execution of such strategy accomplishing accelerated growth for the department maximizing revenues and strengthening relationships with our airline, hotel and car rental partners consequently improving the conditions for our team members to keep growing and excelling within our organization.

The following are among the main responsibilities expected from you: 

  • Develop a clear growth plan for the Corporate Travel Management Department
  • Establish contracts and better relationships with airlines
  • Negotiating, establishing, and managing relationships with corporate hotel and car rental partners
  • Implement corporate travel technology
  • Manage Concur or other corporate online booking engine implementation on accounts
  • Account maintenance and business development
  • Identify opportunities to maximize revenues on our Corporate Travel Department
  • Be a part of our current setup for quality control
  • Set up new systems, procedures and technology for quality control
  • Be part of our current setup for complex faring desk and agent support desk
  • Training and development of new and current agents of the office
  • Identify customer service issue and strategically develop action plan to improve
  • Take care of level 1 complaints and situation, defuse basis issues
  • Take responsibilities like recruiting, selection, interviews of corporate agents to grow the team
  • set up and training procedure and scripts for new corporate travel agents
  • Be the bridge with Independent Contractors with the office
  • Completing RFP forms necessary to acquire more Mid-Size corporate accounts
  • Putting together presentations for clients
  • Identify cross marketing opportunities with the different entities of our group
  • Note: These responsibilities might slightly vary with time as the department grows.
