FOREST TRAVEL AGENCY has an exciting opportunity for a Travel Agent to join our Team!!
This position is responsible for providing travel reservations (air, hotel, car, rail, tour packages etc.) and customer assistance for domestic and international reservations.
We are looking for an experienced Travel Industry Professional with Amadeus knowledge!! Bilingual - Spanish is a plus (but not required)!!
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Determine how to best fulfill members travel request based on customer needs and available options (i.e. creating reservations via Amadeus, tour company, or consolidator).
Service member from point of initial reservation through completion of travel.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain excellent client rapport.
Qualifications
Must have Amadeus experience
2+ years leisure travel agent experience
Expertise with booking air, hotel, and car through Amdeus
Expertise working with tour companies, air consolidators and other travel vendors
Must be available to work a shift between the hours of 9 am and 7 pm Monday through Friday! And every other Saturday

Working Conditions
Fast-paced environment, shifting priorities and many business changes
Desk work 6+ hours a day
Working on computer – typing on keyboard (regular or modified)
Using telephone and e-mail communication
Important Notes: Hours fall Monday through Friday between 9am - 7pm.

Pay Rate
Between $36.000 - $108.000 annually !!!!!! (most of our agents earn around $90.000 annually)
