What an Advisor Can Open Here

What an advisor can open that an algorithm cannot. Each of these is staged on your terms — the access, the timing, the people.

Dalt Vila at sunrise
01

Dalt Vila at sunrise

The UNESCO-listed old town before any restaurant opens — the Phoenician walls caught in the first horizontal light, a local historian guiding you through the layers: Arab medina, Habsburg fortress, the silence that precedes the island's day.

A cliffside finca dinner
02

A cliffside finca dinner

A privately-staffed estate on the island's quieter south-west coast — a chef who spent fifteen years in San Sebastián, a terrace above an empty cove, the kind of evening that exists outside any Ibiza itinerary book.

A private boat to Es Vedrà
03

A private boat to Es Vedrà

A local captain's tender to the volcanic sea-stack at dusk — the island's most mythologised rock, unreachable by land, the light at golden hour turning the limestone every colour the Mediterranean knows.

Ibiza by Yacht

A crewed sloop from Ibiza Town through the Ses Salines channel — the uninhabited islets of the natural park, the Es Vedrà volcanic stack at sunset from the sea, and an anchorage off the north coast where the boat is the only vessel and the cliff above has no road to it.

A Private Villa in Ibiza

An estate on the quieter north coast engaged exclusively — the private pool, a chef who sources from the Saturday market in Santa Gertrudis, a captain with a tender for the morning's cala. The island's real character, not its brand.

A Ibiza Summer

Ibiza at the season it is most itself — a private finca above the north coast in June before the island fills, a boat to Formentera for the afternoon, a sunset table at a hilltop restaurant that accepts bookings only through the island's most discreet concierge, and the night air carrying the wild rosemary.

FAQ

Planning a Private Ibiza Journey

The character of Ibiza changes sharply through the season: May and June bring warm weather with the club scene building, July and August are the loud, crowded peak, and September offers warm seas with a more relaxed pace. For those seeking glamour without the height of the crush, June and September are the connoisseur's choice, while October is quiet as venues begin to close.

The northeast around Santa Eulalia and the hills inland toward San Juan offer the most private villa estates, away from the party energy of San Antonio. Those wanting proximity to the marina, yachts and the boutiques favor Ibiza Town and the Marina Botafoch and Talamanca area. Private finca-style villas with staff are the preferred accommodation for most clients, typically for four to six nights.

Yes. Forest Travel arranges private day charters to the Es Vedra rock, the beaches of Cala Comte and Cala Salada, and across to Formentera, with crew, tender and provisioning handled. We also secure tables and daybeds at the leading beach clubs and dining destinations, which are otherwise extremely difficult to access in peak weeks. Helicopter transfers between Ibiza and Mallorca can also be arranged.

The UNESCO-listed old town of Dalt Vila, with its fortified walls and cathedral, rewards a private guided walk, ideally at dusk. The island's interior holds traditional farmhouse vineyards, hippie-era markets and quiet northern coves, and a sunset sail off the west coast facing Es Vedra is a classic. Wellness and private chef experiences within a villa are increasingly central to how clients spend their days.

Ibiza pairs most naturally with Formentera, a short crossing south for quieter beach days, and with Mallorca, reached by quick flight or helicopter. Many itineraries open in Barcelona before flying across to the islands. Your advisor can sequence an island-hopping route by private yacht so that you move between Ibiza, Formentera and Mallorca without returning to commercial terminals.
